The decor and finishing touches of the house were tasteful and had a cozy home-from-home feel. The beds and bed linen were of good quality and provided a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had essentials like washing up liquid. The hosts had thought of everything! The location was great, close to town and essential shops. Parking was never a problem and the house was within walking distance from the railway station.
The second bedroom was a bit tight and tricky to access the bed from both sides, although it was fine for children. Sometimes finding a parking space close to the house was a bit of a lottery due to the number of cars parked on the road.

Loved the spacious and well-equipped cottage. The natural beauty of Rutland Water and Burrough Hill Park was just a short drive away. Free parking and WiFi were a bonus!
Only thing missing was a petting zoo, because who doesn't love a vacation home with farm animals running around?

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Nook. It was the perfect base for us as we couldn't drive due to my husband's stroke. The nearby Co-op was a great convenience for us to grab provisions. The property was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like wine, milk. The super king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and modern. Tracey, the owner, was fantastic with communication and even allowed us to check in earlier. We would love to stay again and highly recommend it to others.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
